6TH DECEMBER – INVESTJIGAWA HOSTS DINNER FOR INVESTORS
A week ago today, InvestJigawa hosted a dinner for its investors. Held at MTown Hotel and Suites in Dutse, the objectives of the dinner were for InvestJigawa to present and discuss a report on the Agency’s activities over the past two years, present more investment opportunities in the state, and allow for direct engagement between the private sector and fellow investors, policy makers and service providers. InvestJigawa Council members were in attendance at the event, as well as FCDO programmes PERL ARC and LINKS. LINKS presenting a paper on investment and financing opportunities in the state. Apart from Jigawa State MDAs, representatives of federal agencies such as CBN, NEPC, NIPC, CAC and FIRS were also on hand to respond to questions on investors’ concerns, that pertained to their organisations.
