The FCDO-LINKS visit on 30th March, 2023 was to have a close out session with InvestJigawa’s team, as the programme is coming to an end soon. FCDO-LINKS was led by Andrew Thorburn the Team Lead. The National Economic Council project monitoring team embarked on a two-day working visit to Jigawa State on the 27th & 28th of March 2023. Jigawa State has ranked 2nd in the 2023 Subnational EoDB report. This is the second Ease of Doing Business survey conducted by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council. In the first report released in 2021, Jigawa State ranked 3rd. This means we have moved up one rank. The InvestJigawa technical team participated in a two day capacity building training on aftercare services organized in collaboration with FCDO-LINKS on the 15th and 16th of March 2023 at the InvestJigawa conference room. The aim of the training is to improve capacity of the agency to effectively render aftercare services to investors in line with global trends.
