INVESTJIGAWA FACILITATES MEETING BETWEEN L&Z COMPANY LIMITED AND HOST COMMUNITY TO FOSTER COOPERATION

On November 13, 2023, as part of its aftercare services and led by its Secretary/Legal Adviser Muhammed Tahir, InvestJigawa facilitated a meeting between officials of L & Z Company Limited and the host community of Waza in Birnin Kudu Local Government. The objective of the meeting was to foster cooperation between the investor and the host community for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders. Chaired by the District Head of Birnin Kudu, Alhaji Hassan Jibrin, the meeting underscored the importance of collaboration between host communities and investors.

Alhaji Hassan Jibrin urged the representatives of the communities to encourage their people to cooperate with the investors. He also called upon the investor to sustain their engagement for the betterment of community relationships. The meeting saw the participation of key figures, including Ahmed Nuhu who is the Project Head of the company, Jigawa State’s Director of Grazing, Mallam Sulaiman Kilan Mohammed, Deputy Director of Forestry, Abdullahi Umar and Rabi’u Usman who is InvestJigawa’s Senior Technical Assistant on Stakeholder Management.
