Following the successful Jigawa State Economic and Investment Summit, Danmowa Import and Export Limited has submitted an investment proposal for the Green Horizon Initiative—a landmark effort to position Jigawa State at the forefront of the global bioeconomy and renewable energy sectors.
Project Title: Development of a Climate-Smart Commercial Plantation and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Feedstock Platform.
Estimated Investment Value: Approximately ₦7.5 Billion (indicative range: ₦6.5–₦9.0 Billion)
Target Land Area: 1,000 hectares in Jigawa State
Current Progress: A 2-hectare Validation and Operations Hub is already established in Jigawa State, backed by ₦400 million in committed private capital for initial execution.
