INVESTJIGAWA PARTICIPATED IN THE 3RD CHINA-AFRICA TRADE EXPO HELD IN CHANGSHA, REPUBLIC OF CHINA
InvestJigawa, under the leadership of its chairman, His Excellency Engr. Aminu Usman Gumel, the Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, along with other government officials, proudly participated in the 3rd China-Africa Trade Expo held in Changsha, Republic of China, on the 29th of June 2023.
During the event, the Deputy Governor actively represented Jigawa State at the China-Africa Infrastructure Cooperation Forum as a distinguished panelist. The forum focused on the crucial topic of “Jointly Built Green and Sustainable Infrastructure”. In his role, His Excellency emphasized the importance of collaboration between the Chinese public and private sectors and Jigawa State, particularly in capitalizing on the abundant opportunities available in the state’s agricultural sector and its value chain.
His Excellency urged the Chinese stakeholders to unite with Jigawa State, harnessing the existing opportunities for mutual benefit. With Jigawa State’s commitment to sustainable development, the Deputy Governor highlighted the potential for creating environmentally friendly and resilient infrastructure projects that align with the green and sustainable vision shared by China and Africa.
By actively engaging with the China-Africa Trade Expo and showcasing Jigawa State’s agricultural potential, InvestJigawa aims to foster fruitful partnership and attract investment that will contribute to the state’s economic growth and development.
