PRESIDENTIAL ENABLING BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT COUNCIL (PEBEC)’S NORTH-WEST STAKEHOLDER FORUM/LITUATION EVENT ON EASE OF DOING BUSINESS (EoDB) WAS HOSTED IN DUTSE ON 15TH FEBRUARY 2022.

The stakeholder forum/lituation event is an initiative of PEBEC’s EoDB Secretariat led by Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, SA to the President on Ease of Doing Business. A technical session was held in the morning with the Jigawa State Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State’s Ease of Doing Business Steering Committee, Mallam Umar Namadi giving the keynote address and answering questions. In the afternoon the lituation event held during which the Executive Governor of Jigawa State Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar (MON) mni, gave the keynote address and participated in the discussion panel. The event was also meant to create awareness for both public and private sector stakeholders on the importance of providing an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
