September at InvestJigawa: from Kigali to Chamo 🌾
This month we took Jigawa’s agribusiness story to the Africa Food Systems Forum in Kigali, backed the Rano Air route agreement to improve air connectivity to Dutse, and moved the ₦7.5bn Green Horizon Climate-Smart Bioeconomy Initiative closer to an MoU.
Closer to home, we engaged host communities in Malam Madori and Chamo, and used our Grievance Redress Mechanism to resolve concerns around an agricultural investment, because responsible investment means building trust as well as attracting capital.
Our Director General also joined the Climate Finance Live conversation on making investment attainable.
