InvestJigawa is proud to be part of a historic agricultural breakthrough as Jigawa State, under the visionary leadership of His Excellency Mallam Umar A. Namadi, FCA, signs a 5-year strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Africa Rice Center (AfricaRice), headquartered in Côte d’Ivoire.
This landmark partnership is a bold investment in rice self-sufficiency, food security, and economic transformation across Jigawa State.

The MoU was officially signed by His Excellency, Mallam Umar A. Namadi, FCA, Executive Governor of Jigawa State, who emphasized:
